On 13 April 2006, the Company received notification from UBS AG stating that as
at 12 April 2006 UBS AG was interested in 2,796,701 ordinary shares of 10p each
(the 'shares') of the Company, representing 6.11% of then issued share capital
of the Company. UBS AG's material interest was registered as follows:


UBS AG London Branch being the registered and beneficial holders of 1,804,470
shares, representing 3.94% of the then issued share capital of the Company.


UBS Global Asset Management Life Ltd being the beneficial holders of 992,231
shares, representing 2.17% of the then issued share capital of the Company.
