The Company received the following notification from Merrill Lynch Investment
Managers Ltd on 12 May 2005:
As at 11 May 2005 the following entities had material interests in ordinary
shares of 10p each (the 'shares') of the Company:
Nutraco Nominees Limited being the registered holders of 4,918,815 shares,
representing 11.4% of the then issued share capital of the Company.
Merrill Lynch Pension Nominees Limited A/C Noncert being the registered holders
of 984,833 shares, representing 2.3% of the then issued share capital of the
Company.
