The Company was notified on 21 November 2006 that on 20 November 2006, Morgan
Stanley Securities Limited ('MSSL'), part of the Morgan Stanley group of
companies, acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company that
resulted in MSSL being beneficially interested in 7,422,126 ordinary shares of
the Company, being 3.01 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
