                               Additional Listing


Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 31,050 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading
on AIM. These Ordinary Shares are being issued to Wesley Clover Wales Limited as
consideration for the Non-Executive Director's fees of Mr S J Gibson during the
period 1 April to 30 June 2004.


Admission of all the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 8
September 2004.
