The issuer has advised that the following amendments have been made to the
Additional Listing announcement made on 5 January at 10.10 am.

In the second paragraph it states 'to become effective on 10 January 2006' and
not '7 January 2006' as previously stated.

Additional Listing


Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 50,230 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading
on AIM. These Ordinary Shares are being issued to satisfy payment of a
non-executive director's fees for the fourth quarter of 2005. The non-executive
director does not have an interest in the shares being issued.


Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 10 January
2006.
