Cardiff, UK. 26 February 2013: IQE plc (AIM: IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading global supplier of advanced semiconductor wafer products and wafer services to the semiconductor industry, will be publishing its results for the year ended 31 December 2012 on Wednesday, 20 March 2013.

Drew Nelson, Chief Executive Officer, and Phil Rasmussen, Finance Director, will be presenting the results to analysts at 9.30am on Wednesday, 20 March 2013 at the offices of College Hill, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London, EC3N 4QN.
