IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a leading developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration software for telecoms and utility network operators, announces that Ian Haywood Chapman, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased 28,664 ordinary shares of 2 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate price of 125.58 pence per share on behalf of his dependent children.

Following the transaction, Mr. Chapman's beneficial interest in the Company is 131,228 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23 per cent. of the total issued share capital. Of these 131,228 shares 102,564 are held by Mr Chapman on behalf of his spouse, Deborah Anne Chapman and 28,664 are held on behalf of his dependent children.
