Ubisense Group plc (AIM: UBI), a market leader in location based smart technology, announces that pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available to view at the Company's website, http://www.ubisense.net, as dispatched to shareholders of the Company.

The AGM of the Company is to be held on 19 April 2013 at 10.00am at the offices of FTI Consulting, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB.
