Notification of Substantial Shareholding
Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by LR6.6.7 of the Listing
Rules, we advise that on 17th April 2007  the Company received
notification from One Fifty One Capital Limited that ;
(1) Pursuant to Section 67 of the Companies Act, 1990, following the
acquisition of 175,331 ICG Units on 12th and 13th April, One Fifty
One Capital Limited is interested in 2,642,189 ICG Units representing
11.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
(2) For the purposes of Section 73 and 74 of the Companies Act , 1990
One Fifty One Capital Limited  is deemed to be interested in ICG
Units held by the Doyle Group Limited, Victoria House, 1 Victoria
Road, Cork and Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, 17 Crosswall, London EC3N
2LB, United Kingdom. The aggregate holding of Doyle Group Limited,
One Fifty One Capital Limited and Cantor Fitzgerald Europe is
5,015,330 ICG Units.
