Irish Stock Exchange, The Listing Rules of the UK Financial Services
Authority  and the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations

notification that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies have
a notifiable interest 1,473,782 ICG Units, representing 6.04% of the
Company's issued share capital.
