Results of Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of Irish Continental Group plc held today, Wednesday 30^th May 2012, all resolutions proposed were passed on a show of hands.

The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the Annual General Meeting circulated to shareholders on 25^th April 2012.

Details of valid proxy appointments held by the Board are available on the Company's website www.icg.ie.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, two copies of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting under special business have been forwarded to both the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at the following locations;
