Sub-Division of Redeemable Shares
Following the approval of Resolution 7 at the Irish Continental Group
plc Annual General Meeting held on 24th June 2009 approving the
sub-division of the then one remaining Redeemable Share (of 0.01 cent
nominal value) per ICG unit into 10 Redeemable Shares (of .001 cent
nominal value), the Company confirms that an ICG Unit now comprises
one ordinary share (of 65 cent nominal value) and ten Redeemable
Shares (of 0.001 cent nominal value). The effective date of this
change is 24th June 2009.
There is no change to the existing ISIN IE0033336516 or SEDOL
3333651 codes.
