Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Ironveld Plc, the Pig Iron developer located on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Complex in Limpopo Province South Africa, is pleased to announce that Rupert Michael Fraser has been appointed to the board as a Non-executive Director effective immediately.

Rupert (aged 44) has over 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry. Most recently he was Head of Equities at Evolution Securities from 2009 to 2011, prior to which he spent 13 years at Dresdner Kleinwort, in 2005 he was appointed Managing Director, Global Head of Equity Distribution. Rupert is a founding Director of Farleigh Associates.

Commenting on the appointment Chairman Giles Clarke, Chairman said:

"We are delighted to welcome Rupert to the Board and we look forward to working with him. He brings a wealth of capital markets experience and we are very pleased to have further strengthened the Board at this early stage in our journey."
