Mercury Recycling Group plc announces it was informed that on 5 July 2005 Bryan
Neill, Director, sold 42,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 29 pence per
share.  Following this transaction Mr Neill is now interested in 1,190,000
ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.56 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
