Mercury Recycling Group Plc
Mercury Recycling, the specialist lamps and battery recycling services company,
confirms that, as mentioned in the Chairman's statement accompanying the Report
and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006, Simon Lebor, Chief Executive,
will retire as a director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2008. Simon
will remain as a director of the Group's principal operating subsidiary, Mercury
Recycling Limited and as a consultant to the Group.
The Group will announce its results for the year ended 31 December 2007 on
Friday 9 May 2008.
