Ironveld received notification on 6 November 2018 that Tracarta Limited has acquired 5,670,000 shares in the Company's Ordinary Shares of 1p each. This brings Tracarta's total shareholding to 68,680,767 shares, equivalent to 12.094% of the Company's issued share capital.
