The  Board  of  InterX  plc ('InterX' or the 'Company')  announces  that
following  the  acquisition of Cromwell Media  Limited  by  InterX,  the
Company  will  be  reporting  on a quarterly  basis.   Accordingly,  the
Company  will announce its results for the nine months to 28 April  2000
on 19 June 2000.
