Notification of Board Changes
The Board of InterX, the Europe-based Internet software company, has appointed
David Lee as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The Board of InterX also announces that John Hancox, currently a non-executive
director, who is chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the
Remuneration Committee, will be retiring in the New Year. David Lee will
thereafter assume the responsibilities of chairman of the Audit Committee and
member of the Remuneration committee.
David Lee holds a number of non-executive appointments. He is chairman of
Aspex Technology Limited (programmable microprocessor design), and is a
non-executive director of four LSE-listed companies: Knowledge Support Systems
Group plc (price optimisation software); Pharmagene plc (human tissue-based
biopharmaceutical); Superscape plc (interactive 3D software); and Tadpole
Technology plc (mobile and network infrastructure software and hardware).
David has 25 years' board level experience across a broad range of companies
in the information technology sector. From 1995 to 1998 he was CEO of Acorn
Group plc, non-executive chairman of Xemplar Education Limited, and a
non-executive director of ARM Holdings plc. Prior to these appointments, he
held senior financial and general management positions with ITT and Olivetti.
David Lee is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Europe.'

No other public companies other than those disclosed above are announceable
under 16.4(a) of the Listing Rules of the London Stock Exchange (the 'Listing
Rules'), nor is any information disclosable under 6.F.2(b) - (g) of the
Listing Rules.
