Board Changes
Itaconix, a leading innovator in sustainable, specialty polymers, announces the appointment of John I. Snow III to the board of Itaconix as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.
As was notified in the fundraising announcement of 12 July 2018, with Mr. Snow's appointment as an appropriate replacement, Julian Heslop steps down from the board of Itaconix with immediate effect.
Mr. Snow is President and Managing Director of Quabbin Capital, a private investment management firm in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Prior to joining Quabbin, John was an auditor with KPMG in New York City and Boston. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds a Master of Science in Accounting degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Amherst College.
