                           Notification of Interest                           

In accordance with the notice of disposal contained in the Circular dated 10
March 2000, the Board of InterX announces that on 27 March 2001, trusts into
which some 42,857 ordinary shares in InterX ('Ordinary Shares') were settled
by S P D Barker and others for the benefit of a number of individuals
connected with a former subsidiary of the Group have undergone a change of
trustees including the retirement as a trustee by S P D Barker. By virtue of
his roles as a trustee, S P D Barker was deemed to be non-beneficially
interested in the Ordinary Shares held by the trusts.  The Ordinary Shares
were excluded from the 18 month-long orderly market undertakings entered into
on 10 March 2000.  Accordingly, S P D Barker no longer has any non-beneficial
interest in the Company.

S P D Barker, in relation to his beneficial interest, which remains unchanged,
is interested in 2,063,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.9% of the Issued
Share Capital of the Company.
