Directors' Shareholdings

The Board of InterX was notified yesterday of the following purchases of
ordinary 5p shares in the Company ('Shares') by directors of the Company, on
27 June 2001, at a price of 98p per Share:

Mark Knight

The Board was informed yesterday by Mark Knight, a founder of InterX and Chief
Software Architect, of the following purchase of Shares at a price of 98p per
Share:

Jim Feeney

The Board of InterX was informed yesterday by Mr Feeney, a former director of
InterX, of the exercise of options over 1,246,628 shares at an exercise price
of 17p per Share.

Subsequent to the exercise, Mr Feeney sold 625,807 shares in order to fund the
income tax payable. As a result, Mr Feeney now has an interest in 620,821
shares (1.77% of the Company) which are subject to the orderly market
undertaking entered into on 10 March 2000.

In addition, Mr Feeney is no longer interested in options over 82,857 issued
Shares held by the InterX Technology Employee Benefit Trust (formerly known as
the Monument Trust).

Notification of Director's Interest

Simon Miesegaes has been granted options over 94,050 issued Shares held by the
InterX Technology Employee Benefit Trust (formerly known as the Monument
Trust), at an exercise price of 17 pence per share. These shares are included
in Mr Miesegaes's notification of 'interest following purchase', detailed in
the table above.
