                              Director's Interest

The board of InterX was today notified that Phil Sant today purchased 200,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8.5p per share. Following this
purchase, Phil Sant is interested in 3,164,776 shares of the Company, or 9.04
per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
