                 Notification of Director's Shareholding

The  board of InterX plc (the 'Company') was notified on 8 October  1999
that with effect from 16 June 1999 SR Lundy, an executive director,  was
no longer beneficially interested in 6,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the  Company, registered in the name of GA Lundy and representing  0.03%
of  the Company's issued share capital. Following this reduction to  his
holding   SR  Lundy  is  beneficially  interested  in  120,000   shares,
representing 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
