                              Directors' Interests

The Board of InterX today granted 1,000,000 options over ordinary 5p shares in
InterX ('Ordinary Shares') to Simon Miesegaes at an exercise price of 20p and
250,000 options over Ordinary Shares to Ian King, also at an exercise price of
20p. The exercise price is the average of the closing mid-market price on the
three dealing days prior to 26 April 2002.
