The Company has been informed that S.P.D. Barker and J.N. Becher-Wickes,
both directors of the Company, ceased on 29 June 2000 to be trustees of
trusts which are interested in 72,043 and 72,043 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') respectively. By virtue of their
roles as trustees, S.P.D. Barker and J.N. Becher-Wickes were deemed to
be non-beneficially interested in the InterX Ordinary Shares held by the
trusts.
Accordingly, the non-beneficial interests in the Company of S.P.D.
Barker and J.N. Becher-Wickes are as follows:

There have been no changes to the beneficial interests of S.P.D. Barker
and J.N. Becher-Wickes.
The Company has also been informed that P.A. Sant, a director of the
Company, became aware on 28 June 2000 that he is beneficially interested
in 254,552 Ordinary Shares by virtue of being a potential beneficiary
under a trust. Accordingly his total beneficial interest in the Company
is 2,661,531 Ordinary Shares.
