                Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')

                   Cancellation of Listing and Change of Name



The Board announces the results of the EGM held at 10.00am today. Both
resolutions were passed. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be changed
from InterX plc to Danogue plc, effective tomorrow, 16 August 2002.


As notified in the circular to shareholders dated 12 July 2002, the listing of
the Company on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority will be cancelled
and trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will
cease at 8.00.am tomorrow, 16 August 2002.
