('InterX' or the 'Company')
The board of InterX was today notified of the following changes in interest in
the Company's ordinary shares of 5p ('Shares') pursuant to section 198
Companies Act 1985:

James Becher-Wickes 166,667 2,608,990 7.5%
Kevin Harper 166,667 2,313,710 6.6%
These changes in interest arise as a result of Messrs Becher-Wickes and Harper
resigning as trustees of certain trusts, the shares in which they were deemed
to be interested.
The shares held in the trusts referred to above remain subject to the orderly
market undertakings entered into by Messrs Becher-Wickes and Harper on 10
March 2000.
