                              New Product Launch


On 27 February 2001 InterX announced the results of its strategic review. It
also announced that the first of its new software products was in 'beta-test'
at one of the Company's major customers and scheduled for trade launch in June
2001.

The Board of InterX is pleased to announce the European launch, at the Giga IT
Forum in Rome today, of its new enterprise software product, 'InterX Net2020'.

InterX Net2020 is targeted at large companies which have already invested
significantly in the development of their online activities but which have
failed, not only to maximise their return on the investment, but to establish
an online system with the flexibility and control required to develop these
operations in harmony with the rest of their business operations.

InterX Net2020 is an enterprise software application that enables companies to
consolidate the disparate software applications that exist behind
business-to-consumer and business-to-business portals, to create a single view
for customers and a single view of management information about customers.

InterX Net2020 leverages a business's existing web investments, re-using
existing content and logic, and re-purposing it through a combination of an
innovative tagging system and template management, into a new customer
presentation environment. As such it can be implemented quickly and without
the requirement for expensive specialist programming.
