Notice of Annual General Meeting

Itaconix plc (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in sustainable specialty polymers, today announces the publication of the Company's 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is now available to view on the Company's website here: https:www.itaconix.com/investor/reports-documents.  The AGM will be held at 15:00 British Summer Time on Wednesday, 24 June 2021 the offices of Fieldfisher, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT.

Whilst the Company expects social distancing measures to have been lifted by the time of the AGM, the safety of our shareholders is of paramount importance to the Company. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to cast their votes in advance of the meeting either electronically or by appointing the Chairman as their proxy to ensure their vote is duly counted should further COVID-19 measures be put in place.

Instructions on how shareholders may vote at the AGM and pose questions to the Board are contained in the Notice of AGM.  The Company will conduct votes on all resolutions by way of a poll to ensure that the votes of all shareholders are counted, the results of which will be announced during the meeting.
