Result of EGM
The Board of InterX plc announces the results of the Extraordinary General
Meeting, held at 12:00 noon today. All resolutions were passed.
For clarification, the votes cast as a percentage of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital were:

Ordinary Resolution No. 1:
To approve the amendments both to the InterX 2000 60.7% 9.3% 2.2%
Executive Share Option Scheme and the InterX Executive
Share Option Scheme
Ordinary Resolution No. 2:
To approve the establishment of the InterX Onshore 70.7% 0.6% 0.8%
Employee Share Trust and the InterX Offshore Employee
Share Trust
Ordinary Resolution No. 3:
To approve and adopt the InterX Savings Related Share 71.3% 0.2%
Option Scheme 0.6%
Simon Barker, InterX Chief Executive said:
'These results are a clear indication of the support from our shareholders for
the Board and its new strategy, a fundamental component of which is the
introduction of these employee incentive schemes.
Now I, and all of the staff at InterX, need to reciprocate and are working to
deliver value back to our shareholders.'
