The board of InterX plc ('InterX' or the 'Company') announces that Steve
Lundy  has  today  resigned  as  a  director  of  InterX  in  order   to
concentrate,  in  his role as finance director of the  Company's  wholly
owned  subsidiary  Ideal  Hardware  plc,  on  the  previously  announced
separation of that businesses from the InterX group.
