Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 28 February 2013, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 53,838,700 ordinary shares of 1p each, each with voting rights attached (one per ordinary share) ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 53,838,700.
The above figure of 53,838,700 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
