     STOLEN VEHICLE TRACKING SERVICE EXTENDED BY LANDROVER TO DISCOVERY AND
                               FREELANDER MODELS


ITIS Holdings plc (ITIS) today announces that Land Rover has selected NavTrak as
the only approved aftermarket GPS GSM vehicle tracking system for installation
on both the Discovery II and Freelander '03 model year and '04 model year range.
Over 30,000 Discovery and Freelander vehicles were sold in the UK in 2002.

The NavTrak system, which is already fitted to Range Rover vehicles, uses the
latest technology in vehicle tracking.  The system offers features including
full European coverage and incorporates the market leading Automatic Driver
Recognition system (ADR), which can instantly detect the theft of a car, even if
the thief has the key.

Stuart Marks, chief executive of ITIS Holdings commented: 'We are delighted

providing telematics services to Ford Motor Company marques which includes Land
