Grant of share options


The Company announces that, on 14 January 2008, it granted options over its 2p
Ordinary Shares under the Company's existing share option schemes to the

Jonathan Burr currently has 166,665 ordinary shares of 2p in the Company.

He also has prior to this new issue 1,000,000 share options with an exercise
price of 7.5 pence over the Company's ordinary shares of 2p, which are
exercisable at any time between now and 1 December 2012, and 500,000 share
options with an exercise price of 76.9 pence over the Company's ordinary shares
of 2p, which are exercisable at any time between 18 June 2008 and 17 June 2017.

Andrew Forrest currently has 426,126 ordinary shares of 2p in the Company.

He also has prior to this new issue 100,000 share options with an exercise price
of 24.7 pence over the Company's ordinary shares of 2p and which are exercisable
at any time between now and 21 June 2014.
