The Company announces that, on 18 June 2007, it granted options over its 2p
Ordinary Shares to the following director:

and expiring no later
than 17/06/2017
Jonathan Burr currently has 166,665 ordinary shares of 2p in the company.
He also has prior to this new issue 1,000,000 share options with an exercise
price of 7.5 pence over the Company's ordinary shares of 2p and which are
exercisable at any time between now and 1 December 2012.
