ITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS' or the 'Company')
Grant of Options
ITIS announces that on 22 June 2004, pursuant to the Company's EMI scheme, the
Board of ITIS granted options (the 'Options') over 100,000 ordinary shares of
2p each in the Company, all at an exercise price of 24.7 pence (the average mid
market closing price of an ITIS ordinary share for the preceding five business
days), to Andrew Forrest the Finance Director of ITIS. The Options vest in
three tranches with 33,333 exercisable from 22 June 2005, 33,333 exercisable
from 22 June 2006 and 33,334 exercisable from 22 June 2007.
