ITIS APPOINTED AS UK TRAFFIC DATA PROVIDER TO TOMTOM
ITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS') is pleased to announce a new contract with Dutch
based Eurotraffic to deliver real time traffic information to customers of the
TomTom personal navigation products. Under the terms of the contract, ITIS
receives a share of the annual subscription paid by the customer for the traffic
service.
TomTom has selected its data suppliers through Eurotraffic who appointed ITIS as
the UK partner to deliver fast, reliable and comprehensive traffic information.
The new traffic service, as part of TomTom PLUS, will inform TomTom users about
road incidents and congestion. The service is completely integrated with TomTom
navigation products offering users a comprehensive overview of the traffic
situation before a journey starts and the option of re-calculating routes to
minimize traffic delays as they occur.
Eurotraffic is responsible for integrating and delivering the ITIS data as part
of a seamless pan European service to TomTom PLUS users.

for the Tom Tom service as they wanted to offer UK customers the best possible
traffic content'
