                     ITIS HOLDINGS AGREES NEW CONTRACT WITH
             PORSCHE CARS GREAT BRITAIN FOR RDS-TMC TRAFFIC SERVICE


ITIS Holdings plc (ITIS) today announces a new contract with Porsche Cars Great
Britain Ltd. to supply its RDS-TMC (Radio Data System - Traffic Message Channel)
service as standard across all models fitted with factory-installed satellite
navigation.  The Porsche Cars model range, which will feature RDS-TMC, includes
the 911, Boxster, and Cayenne.

ITIS traffic information combines journalistic and Floating Vehicle Data (FVD),
which is then broadcast using national bandwidth via Classic FM, which is
licenced exclusively by the Radio Authority to ITIS until 2012.

     • Instantaneous position reports to any mobile phone (AutoTrak)

•    The NavTrak family of telematics units are fitted to over 100,000  vehicles 
     both in UK, mainland Europe, America and Australia
