ITIS Holdings PLC ('ITIS' or the 'Company')
Payment of dividend and cancellation of share premium account
The Board of ITIS is pleased to announce that, following the High Court approval
given on 23 January 2008 of the resolution passed at the Company's
extraordinary general meeting on 22 November 2007 for the elimination of an
accumulated deficit on its profit and loss account of GBP 33,520,972 by the
cancellation of the whole of the amount standing to the credit of its share
premium account, an interim dividend of 1.5p per share will be paid on 29
February 2008 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on
15 February 2008.
