ITIS HOLDINGS ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF US FLOATING VEHICLE DATA PATENT
ITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS') today announces the purchase of US Patent No.
6,236,933 for Instantaneous Traffic Monitoring System (the 'Patent') from
Seattle based Holland Technologies LLC, previously InfoMove Inc, for an
undisclosed sum.
Stuart Marks, Chief Executive, ITIS Holdings plc says 'This patent is an
excellent complement to the FVD technology we have developed and successfully
implemented with customers such as the AA, Toyota and the Scottish Executive.
We are currently exploring the possibilities for introducing our technologies to
the US market and are in discussions with a number of interested parties who
have a significant requirement for traffic information.'
