             Yeoman signs landmark navigation agreement with ITIS

YEOMAN Group plc, the mobile navigation company, and ITIS Holdings plc have
today announced that they have entered into an agreement to develop services
that will allow ITIS' Navtrak customers to receive automated voice navigation
over a mobile phone using landmarks in addition to traditional based
instructions.

ITIS' Navtrak product is based around a GPS/GSM tracking system (developed by
Minorplanet plc) fitted to its customers' cars which continuously relays the
car's position to a central server. Using this information, Navtrak customers
will be able to obtain landmarked turn-by-turn navigation via their
conventional mobile phone.

YEOMAN are developing the techniques that are central to the delivery of this
turn-by-turn voice navigation. In addition, this technology will be able to
deliver facilities information to location-enabled devices such as mobile
phones and other telematics equipment.

This agreement follows an initial contract signed between the two companies in
September to develop routing techniques for real-time and predicted traffic
data.
