                        ITIS to supply Massey Ferguson

                        with NavTrak Location Systems

ITIS Holdings plc, the fully listed telematics business, today announces that
it has reached an agreement with Massey Ferguson, a brand of the US AGCO
Corporation, one of the world's largest manufacturers of farm equipment to
supply NavTrak location devices to new and used farm vehicles throughout the
UK.

The NavTrak location device is an optional extra and operates with the use of
GPS satellite technology and is capable of plotting a vehicle's movements 24
hours per day; ITIS will offer support if the vehicle is stolen via its
NavTrak control centre.

Massey Ferguson, one of the world's most widely sold tractor brands, is
instigating this initiative in response to the growing number of farm vehicle
thefts in the UK due to the growing demand in Eastern Europe. NavTrak will be
offered to AGCO's 128 dealers across the UK as an aftermarket product for
fitment to Massey Ferguson tractors, agricultural and commercial vehicles.

Commenting on the announcement, Stuart Marks, Chief Executive of ITIS Holdings
