                            LAND ROVER CHOOSES NAVTRAK FOR

                               STOLEN VEHICLE TRACKING





ITIS Holdings plc (ITIS) today announces that Land Rover has selected NavTrak as
the only approved vehicle tracking system for installation on the new Range
Rover.  The NavTrak system will be available immediately to both new and
existing Range Rover customers through the network of 136 Land Rover dealers.
Over 5,000 units of the award winning new Range Rover were sold in the UK last
year, this is expected to increase in 2003, as a result NavTrak anticipate a
high penetration given the insurance group rating of the car.
