      ITIS LICENCES TRAFFIC TECHNOLOGIES FOR NATIONAL ROLL OUT IN BELGIUM



ITIS Holdings plc (ITIS) is pleased to announce that Be-Mobile, a recently
formed Joint Venture between Touring, Belgium's largest touring club and
roadside assistance company, and TC-Matix, has signed a 3 year exclusive
licensing agreement to use ITIS road traffic collection and distribution
technologies in Belgium. ITIS will receive an upfront licence fee and royalty
payments on future revenues.



This agreement follows the successful pilot of the ITIS Cellular Floating
Vehicle Data (CFVDTM) technology in Antwerp, which was undertaken using data
from the Proximus network, the largest mobile operator in Belgium.  Be-mobile
will now expand on the Antwerp system to launch a nationwide deployment of CFVD
TM using data from the Proximus network. The cellular data will also be merged
with GPS Floating Vehicle Data (GFVDTM) to provide high quality flow data across
the whole of Belgium.



ITIS is a leading provider of real time and historic traffic information and
operates the world's most commercially successful Floating Vehicle Data (FVD(R))
system.  ITIS will work closely with Be-Mobile to deliver commercially proven
applications such as IVR telephone services and RDS-TMC.



Be-Mobile's vision is to become the market leader for real-time traffic
information in Belgium, providing services such as internet web maps, telephone
information services and broadcast services including RDS-TMC for in-car
satellite and other navigation systems.  It will also provide historic traffic
information to government and road builders to help planning for future
improvements to the road network.
