   CONTRACT WITH MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (MODOT) FOR REAL TIME
                              TRAFFIC INFORMATION



We are pleased to announce today that following further evaluation of traffic
data on some key roads in Missouri, a new contract with revised milestones has
now been signed between Delcan, our partner in America, and MoDOT to enable ITIS
to supply Statewide real time traffic information.  We anticipate that the
entire State will be covered by October this year and as we have mentioned
before, we expect the financial contribution to be modest.


Stuart Marks, Chief Executive, ITIS Holdings said 'Despite a very long delay for

to keep this contract alive and we are delighted that we will now be able to
fulfil our contractual obligations.'

takes anonymous signalling information from wireless networks to determine speed
and flow information on a given road network.  ITIS has successfully introduced
CFVD in Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Israel and the USA.  Other projects
are underway in Asia, Ireland South Africa and Spain.
