                                                           Result of General Meeting

The Company announces that at the general meeting held earlier today the resolution proposed to cancel trading of the Company's shares on AIM was passed.

The cancellation of trading of the Company's shares on AIM will therefore take effect from 7:00 am on 19 January 2009.
