ITIS Holdings PLC ('ITIS' or the 'Company')
Statement re Share Price Movement
The Board of ITIS notes the recent sharp fall in the Company's share price and
wishes to state that it is unaware of any Company-specific reason for this fall.
ITIS has substantial contracts with leading vehicle manufacturers and Government
departments and the Company is particularly encouraged by the continued positive
response to the RDS-TMC traffic information service. The Company is currently in
negotiations with several further manufacturers in relation to standardising
this service with factory fitted satellite navigation.
All areas of the business are trading well in the current year and the Board
expects to announce results for the year ended 31 March 2004 ahead of current
market expectations.
