    Real time traffic information trial in Barcelona with Telefonica Espana



ITIS Holdings plc, ('ITIS' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce that through
a collaboration with Telefonica, the largest mobile network in Spain and one of
the largest mobile groups in the world, real time traffic information has been
successfully launched in a test area of Barcelona using the company's Cellular
Floating Vehicle Data system (CFVD(TM)).

A total of 663 km of Barcelona's roads are covered by the CFVD(TM) system, which
provides high quality speed and flow data using operational information from the
Telefonica network. The data is being presented for the first time at the 3GSM
Mobile World Congress in Barcelona by ITIS. Garmin, a world leader and
manufacturer of personal navigation devices, will also be demonstrating this
CFVDgenerated speed and flow data on some of their devices at the event.

CFVD in Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Israel and the USA. Other projects
are underway in Asia, Ireland South Africa and Spain.
