Trading Statement
ITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it
expects to report results for the year ended 31st March 2006 well ahead of
current market expectations.
All areas of the business in the UK traded strongly in the previous year and
this has been maintained into the current year. In the US, interest in our CFVD
(Cellular Floating Vehicle Data) remains high, though new contract wins will be
dependant upon the successful execution of current projects. The Company is
also experiencing substantial interest from overseas markets where certain
initiatives are now moving ahead.
The Company expects to announce its results for the year ended 31st March 2006
in June 2006. A further update on trading will be given at this time.
