ITIS HOLDINGS PLC
TRADING UPDATE
ITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS'), the market leader in RDS-TMC enabled traffic
information, is pleased to announce that recent declarations from its vehicle
manufacturer customers for factory-fitted navigation systems have been higher
than anticipated. As a result, the Board of ITIS believes that current year
sales for RDS-TMC will be better than expected and that profits for the year
ending 31 March 2006 will be ahead of current market expectations. This
increased level of navigation unit sales is expected to continue next year.
